Personal Training

The Strength Institute prides itself on our Personal Training services. Our ambition is to create a fun and educational training environment regardless of your age, gender or level of gym experience. We create our programs based on the scientific principals of strength training.

Body Composition

One of the best ways to monitor your progress is to map your body composition over time. All personal training consultations include an 8-site skin fold and a 7-site body measurement test so we can chart your progress.

Nutrition

Based on your body fat percentage, the macro nutrients (protein, fats and carbohydrates) and total calorie allowance can be devised to help you reach your strength training and body composition goals.
